Thomas Willingham brings nearly two decades of accredited security service to his role as Chief of Silverbacc Protective Services. With a background as a seasoned Correctional Officer for the State of Ohio, his commitment to safety and security is unparalleled. Equipped with specialized training in cognitive behavioral therapy and verbal strategy, Thomas approaches security challenges with professionalism and a calm demeanor.

As the Operations Manager of Silverbacc, James Freeman leverages over 18 years of leadership experience across various domains, including retail management and security supervision. In his role, James meticulously oversees the company's organizational processes and operations, ensuring both productivity and quality.

With over 15 years of administrative and office management experience, Ashley Burgos serves as the administration officer at Silverbacc. In her capacity, Ashley efficiently manages day-to-day office activities, acts as the primary point of administrative contact for clients and officers, and spearheads the recruiting and hiring process with diligence and expertise.
